In these current times, vacation property owners in San Diego county have a unique opportunity.
The pandemic initially caused some strong ripples in the Southern California housing market. But we are adjusting on a daily basis. There are new disclosures to protect the buyer and seller, and inventive ways to market a property with limited potential exposure.
But here we are, still in the "eye of the hurricane" so to speak. If you own a vacation rental property, here is what you need to know:
