Is anyone familiar with this market? My husband and I recently stayed in Wintergreen Resort. The property prices are half of what they were 10years ago. It seems like a good investment, but how do you analyze the desirability of the area? Their biggest season is winter, as it's a ski resort with man-made snow. Any thoughts?
