I've been marketing my Take Over Payments Plan again, which is a hybrid of the master lease and co-hosting model.

Basically I advertise to buy someones house for cash upfront or take over their payments. Depending on how the numbers work I will either then turn around and put a long term renter in there or now put the property up for vacation rental. Haven't acquired one yet for vacation rentals due to the properties I'm seeing but renters are working fine in this economy.

Very cool Matt! I've done a few of these and just flipped them. Mortgage assumptions basically. I've never done anything with holding them though. Which markets are you having luck with this model in?
