A few months we started a new direct bookings alliance between StayFi customers called StaySource - https://thestaysource.com/
The way it works is when guests stay at a StaySource member's property in addition to opting in to the property manager's email program on their StayFi WiFi splash page, they also have an option to opt-in to the StaySource email marketing list.
We then can solicit reviews and cross-promote our property managers to each other's guests and provide a website for guests to find vacation rental managers to book with directly.
