Saw this press release yesterday... looks like Marriott is dippining it’s toes into the home share/vacation rental business.

Thoughts? Does this make you uneasy or increased competition from hotel chains.. or just re-affirm the notion that STR/vacation rentals are the future of real estate... either way, very interesting.
