You need to change your listing quite a bit, I would say maybe every other day or every 3 days is good.  Change your listing description, title and move your pictures around too and that will help get you the best SEO in the platforms algorithms.  Then, you can also play around with pricing.  Don't too low though as it can attract what I call "bottom feeders".  You can go low for during the week, Mon, Tue & Wed, and then on Thur thru Sun, go low for the next 7 days and then maybe 14 days a bit higher and then regular pricing for the season for the upcoming months.  It can be super helpful to check what others in your area are brining in as well on the most popular sites.  Then, match your pricing accordingly.  If you are new, you may want to go a bit lower, but after getting Super Host status or Premiere Partner, then, just match what others are doing for your area and for the type of home you have.  Trust the process and you will do great!

Add marketing sites such as Craigslist, Kijiji or OzBargain and consider a classified placement in the newspaper.
