For tax preparation i prefer using Drake and QuickBooks for my small business accouting.

I don`t think there is a need for taxpreparer if you have a good and knowledgeable Bookkeeper. I prefer a quickbooks pro hosting certified advisor that can guide me through all of these stuff during the annual audit of my company.
