This is a very safe area of the lake, and the village is super quaint. Tourism has been increasing each year (I bought in 2012), and the little village has been growing too.
The land is registered with OCRET since 2013 for a 30 year renewable lease ($200/year), taxes are $100/year. There is power at the property and four solar panels are installed on the roof but not connected. Water is pumped from the lake with a 3 horse power pump into a 250 gallon tank.
The sale includes all furnishings, the fridge and gas stove are two years old, there is a deep freezer, and some custom made wooden furniture.
