I am a Co-Founder of Pillar49 Capital, an investment firm focused on acquiring vacation rental management companies. We recently acquired our first company, CottageLINK Rental Management, which manages approximately 150 waterfront properties in the Cottage Country region in Ontario and are actively searching for our next acquisition. 

Our partnership approach is different than the large VRM players. For owners seeking a transition out of the business (either now or over time), we can provide an attractive financial offer to assist them in meeting those objectives. Alternatively, for those interested in remaining involved in the business, we can provide an opportunity to be part of a growing VRM platform, where we will invest in people and technology to support growth and provide the capital and investment expertise to acquire other VRM businesses.

With every partnership, our core focus is on retaining and growing the legacy built by the company's owners, including their employees, community involvement and brand name.
